My Training Philosophy...

 I don't believe in quick fixes, spot training, 90 minutes this and 3 weeks to that...I believe in good, old- fashioned hard work, and doing things right the first time. I don't believe in diets, rather I believe in meal plans. Most importantly, I believe in showing you how to change your life for the better and create healthy and realistic habits that will last a lifetime.

I take a holistic approach to health and fitness, by strengthening the body through good nutrition, physical exercise and a healthy accountability. Taking a holistic approach to your training, will aid you in obtaining and maintaining a balanced physique that is capable of performing a large variety of activities. My approach is proven to prevent injuries and yield results that are long-lasting.

I specialize in fat loss, muscle gain and overall health and wellness. All of my workouts are tailored to your specific goal and level of fitness. I implement a progressive technique that adjusts to your changing fitness level and needs. I use an integrated training approach which pulls from several different disciplines, like Pilates, Yoga, BOSU, Power-lifting, Kickboxing, Weight Training and a variety of different cardiovascular techniques. I design your workouts to maximize the amount of time we have together  in such a way that accomplishes several key goals like balance, core strength, flexibility, and depending on your goal, fat burning.

My training style is to motivate and inspire you from within, while teaching you my formula for living your best life. I incorporate coaching sessions into my trainings in order to assist you with breaking down the barriers and obstacles that hold you back. Coaching sessions help to strengthen your goals and give you the road map to accomplish them. I will teach you techniques that keep you focused, hold you accountable and get you to where you want to be!
