" I found out about Tiffany's virtual training program during my 5th month of pregnancy. My head was coming up after 4 months of feeling exhausted and nauseous around the clock. I've been an athlete for all of my life and it was new to have taken so much time off from workouts and to lack motivation to get out there for my walks and workouts. Since I had trained with Tiffany in the past, it was an easy decision to partner with her on finding a new routine that would work for me. Since working with Tiff, I hear daily feedback from friends, family and often strangers, that I am the healthiest looking pregnant woman they have seen. I can only imagine the difference that it will make for my energy levels to continue working with Tiff after our sweet baby is born.
The three main reasons why I love working with Tiff are:
1. She is an expert. Tiffany has shown me exercises that I have never seen before and customized a program that is perfect for what my body needs now. I have no back pain, and I'm confident that I am building the muscles needed to be a new mom.
2. Her game is effectiveness. As a previous d1 athlete, I was taught that harder and longer was the way to go with fitness. Tiffany has taught me how to gain incredible results in less time, with less risk of injury. Additionally, her new virtual/online model is a breeze for busy leaders. I keep 3 sets of weights and a Swiss ball in both my Sarasota and Chicago offices and it's no problem carving out an hour to have a session with Tiff.
3. She has an encouraging spirit. Like everyone, I find myself getting off track with my workouts and diet. Without Tiff, I would go back to old habits-out of disappointment that I wasn't doing my workout plans to perfection. While Tiff holds me to a standard that will generate the results that I want, she also brings compassion and encouragement to help me get back in the game when I've had an off week...or two.
"I'll be 40 years old in March 2016. I am determined to male my 40's to be my new 20's. I work full-time in local government and I'm a wife and mom.
